You are free to use these templates for your own personel use. They cannot be used by web designers for clients sites. If you are a web designer you will need to contact us regarding license issues. They cannot be sold any where with out our permission (i.e your site, ebay auctions, etc.). We also ask you not to burn our templates on to cd.
We do have a reseller scheme if you are inerested please contact us for further details. We also have a affiliate program you can join and make money selling templates. All template psd files are kept and sent to a independent agent for proof of creation date etc.
Failure to abide by these terms and conditions will result in legal action being taken against you or your company or anyone else assisting in violating these terms.
We will ask for full removal of the offending templates once with in 48 hrs if after this time the templates are not removed from your site/auction legal action will be taken.
